Olympic Mascots
Today My whole class created their own mascot. We searched up mascots. My mascots name is churry and I got inspired from a Olympic mascot named Vinicius because I changed his style and made him a blue soccer player. The first inspiration was Migo who was a brief history player but then I found Vinicius.

Olympic Anthem
The N.B.C has announced that Katy Perry's new soundtrack Rise is going to be the new official song for the Rio Olympic Anthem. They said they needed a good song to inspire people and the song athletes succeed at wining but the song was to inspire viewers that they can try and shed tears of joy which the N.B.C said it will do 16 days straight days of the 2016 Olympic Anthem.

No Girls Allowed
Olympic Games
for 12 century's girls were not allowed to play in the Olympic games they weren't even allowed to watch. Back then men were only allowed because the woman's rule was actually a law
that was given against women because of the dangerous sports that were given for women so they didn't compete against men. But later around 1990 in Paris they force the rule to be
allowed and ever since women were allowed to compete.

My Speech On William Shakespeare
A couple of weeks ago at Ruapotaka School we started our speech. My time
so far is only 1 minute and 10 seconds long. My speech is on William Shakespeare. I chose Shakespeare because I loved his stories and I was very interested in knowing more about him. The most interesting part I found in his facts was that Abraham Lincoln was a huge fan.
