3 Interesting Facts

1- Mexico is the 14th largest country by land area

2- Mexican children do not receive presents on Christmas Day. They receive gifts on January 6, the day on which Mexicans celebrate the arrival of the Three Wise Men.

3- Only ten countries in the world have a larger population than Mexico’s 109,955,400 people.

My Mexican Decision

Why I chose Mexicođź’€ is because...

1- Mexico is a famous city, it is well known for it's beaches and its attractions in tourists

2- Mexico is a cool place to go hunting or to listen to quality music

3- Another fun reason why I chose it was because Mexican people only speak Spanish because most people in Mexico are Monolingual Spanish-speakers.

4- I also chose this country because I love the way how they throw in deadly skills while they do their national favorite sport bull fighting.

5- Mexico remained under the Southern hemisphere of the American globe and America was my first attempt of the country I had chosen but instead I chose a continent in America.

My Favorite Movie

Today we described our favorite movies and mine was Huntsman Winters War

My favorite scene is the part where Freya’s Child died because of Ravenna. She used her dark magic to take over the father's body and kill child because of it’s beauty that the mirror predicted. As Freya felt her that her heart was broken that was the part when she turned into the Ice Queen and started taking children to be her warriors because of her hatred of love.

Ruapotaka mini Olympics

Last Friday at Ruapotaka school we put together a challenge based on the Olympics!

We all got put into teams and the group I was in was Greece with Quros, Ngakau, Jonalisi, Sapphire Tuialo and Henry. Most of the people in my group weren’t here including me so Henry was the leader. He was the leader because he was the fourth oldest in the team. I would have had a amazing day and would discover a great experience with all the sports but also the sports that we did were Long Jump, Javelin and Gumboot throw!

My Modeling Work

Last Friday room 11 made some models out of  jovi modeling clay. First we had to smooth the clay and warm it up by using our hands. The way you smooth it is you roll it around in your palm of your hand so the heat will break it down. I had a lot of fun creating this and the thing I was made was a flower that was surrounded by a earth worm. ( It was REALLY FUN )!
